我国连锁经营近几年发展非常迅速,对连锁经营管理的人才需求量日益剧增,高校为此开设了连锁经营管理专业,但是该专业对人才的培养还是处于摸索阶段。本文通过对连锁经营管理专业现状的分析,提出基于工学交替的"四段一体"式人才培养方案;从基础理论学习、职业技能训练、理论提升与拓展、毕业顶岗实习为阶段,对以市场需求为导向,采用专业基础课与专业课融于一体、理论与实践融于一体,实践强于理论,滚动式前进、螺旋式提高的分段渐进式教学体系进行分析,并提出了相关的建议。     

Influence of Hotel Information System Quality on System Use and User Satisfaction

ABSTRACT

By applying DeLone and McLean's Updated D&M IS Success Model, this study seeks to understand the influence of information system quality on the intention to use the system and user satisfaction within the context of HIS. Data used for the study were obtained from a survey that focuses on hotel employees' evaluation of HIS quality and their intention to use and satisfaction with the system. The results indicate that information system success measures can be meaningfully explained by HIS quality. Service quality that often represents support from information service providers within an organization, among the three aspects of HIS quality considered, has a significant positive influence on users' intention to use HIS and their satisfaction with the system, given the consideration of users' demographic characteristics, career, and the level of work reliance on HIS. Practical and theoretical insights of the findings are addressed.

Measuring the impact of the approach to migration in the quality of web service interfaces

There is a good consensus on the strategic value of service-oriented architecture (SOA) as a way of structuring systems, and a common trend is to migrate legacy applications that use outdated technologies and architectures to SOA. We study the effects in the resulting Web Service interfaces of applying two traditional migration approaches combined with common ways of building services, namely, direct migration with code-first and indirect migration with contract-first. The migrated system was a 35-year-old COBOL system of a government agency that serves several millions of users. In addition, we provide a deep explanation of the trade-offs involved in following either combinations. Results confirm that the ‘fast and cheap’ approach to move into SOA, which is commonplace in the industry, may deliver poor service interfaces, and interface quality is also subject to the tools supporting the migration process.
